1. Baldwin Supply Company has 7 locations.  All of our branches are open from 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.  Click on the following links for detailed location information: Minneapolis,

3. Baldwin's return policy is as follows:
1.  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

2.  Call or e-mail Customer Service for a Return Goods Authorization: 1-800-279-2450 / baldwin@baldwinsupply.com

3.  Restock charges may apply.
 
4.  Baldwin Supply issues credit on your account for all returns.

4. Baldwin's freight policies are as follows:  Customers are responsible for all freight charges unless other arrangements have been made with a Baldwin sales representative.

6. Baldwin Supply accepts the following for payments: cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and
American Express.

7. Baldwin's New account policy:  Customer must submit a signed Credit Agreement and provide a tax exempt certificate if applicable.
Baldwin's New account procedure:  Once the above forms have been submitted the account will go through a credit check.  If approved the customer will be set up on Net30 terms unless otherwise cleared through the Sales and Credit manager.
